Completely loved the convienience of the NuvaRing, seemed that every month the side effects got progressively worse, started out with a headache that lasted a week, then each month I would get a headache the day I would put a new ring in, eventually I ended up with severe diarrhea that I couldnt even eat and left me with horrible abdominal cramping. Sandostatin-Lar was very good at controlling my diarrea at first, but as the months wnet on I started to be very sick and had most of the serious side effects. Tingling in hands and feet, bloating leading to a lot of pain, vomiting acid, back ache, pain every time I ate due the wind build up. It is difficult to find credible info regard this product; how long to take for; and how much to take. It is also difficulty to find a supply, normally I have to order directly from the manufacturer, who deliver it to a local shop, which takes quite a few days. I take before food. Sometimes, when starting the drug, I will take double drops, but only for a short while. More info needed!

This medication changed my life. I almost failed high school. I got my BA-MA-Phd in late 30's on a 10-15 cup of coffee/day habit.
