Im loosing a lot of hair also. I love Lysteda because it works but i dont like loosing patches of hair especially on top. I may be forced to reevaluate.

It's true that the taste is awful, and the bit of numbing is weird! But I have never slept better, and I wake up without any drug effects. I fall asleep about 20 minutes after I take it, so I plan accordingly. I find that it's less "yucky" if I place it under my tongue in such a way that I can make a tight "seal" over it with the rest of my tongue. negative side effects outweigh any positive benefits. blurred vision is debilitating as are the constant migraines and stomach gas which comes out in the form of constant burping and bloating.

I take Sudafed when I have a head cold. It helps unplug my ears but it does not work everytime I take it. I do recommend it.
