Agomelatine hasn't help my depression so far but will give it another month.I will probably go back to mianserin which has been effective in the past.

My child was given an adult dose every 28 days for 9 months and now has Osteopenia, low D levels (22) and several other bone issues that have made her disable. There are no doctors that will validate that the overdose cased her problems. She was a very active, normal child before this happen. Stay AWAY from this drug at all cost!!

Smaller dosage with the option to self medicate every second or third day provides a rythm I can cope with and live with and the benefits are great for me. I don't get the personality change I did when I tried other anti depressent and drugs for the fibromyalgia and feel much more balanced. This has lead me to go back to school full time! and plan for a good career I can choose my own hours with good pay and benefits.

I tried remicade for awhile and it worked for about the first year and then my symptoms started to return so I was switched to some other drugs but ultimately went back to the remicade as compared to the other drugs, it worked best. Then it was becoming more and more clear that the remicade was no longer working and I'm not going to start a new drug called Cimzia. This involves giving myself injections at home, which doesn't thrill me!

Stage 4 RCC Left kidney removed in Oct 2008. Metastasized to stomach cavity 2010. Treated with Sutent since early June 2010. Side effects unusual but not out of the ordinary based on info Ive read. As of today It seems to be helping but probably to soon to tell for sure. I feel fairly well and have been working right along so thats a positive. Attitude is good as well as support from those around me.

I had been having sleeping problems for many years and I have been taking this medication for over 10 years now and I like that i have a normal sleeping cycle now. The only thing that I do not like is that I feel drowsy in the morning when I want to be fully awake.
