Have been on Lipitor for 3 months now. Just got blood test results (fasting). Went from 250 down to 173!!!! Only thing I wasn't happy with was my sugar (glucose) went from previous 100 to 128 ( a little elevated)..I AM NOT going on sugar pills!!!! Maybe just coincidence!!

Taking diamox for IIH. Along with the diamox and losing weight, my eye pressure has gone down and my field vision is better, still have a blurry spot in vision due to nerve damage. Swollen eye disc has reduced and no hemmoraging now in optic nerves. I have experienced mild to severe tingling and stabbing pains in hands/feet and now taking Potassium pill, since I'm pre-diabetic and can't eat a banana each day as recommended by Dr. Potassium levels look good and the direction is one of heal... It worked better than Cymbalta, but does not come close to the efficacy of Effexor XR. I was hoping for mood improvement like Effexor XR used to provide, but all I experienced was a mild improvement over the Cymbalta. Disappointed overall with its performance and ready to try something else.
