Wow this drug got very bad reviews, but I have been on it for about a month and I still want to have just as much sex, or even more. It's hard to tell if I have side effects because I'm travelling and I'm exhausted, but I do a lot every day. But so far I have not experienced anything unbearable or stands out completely from the medicine. Everyone responds differently to medications. Cymbalta has done wonders for me, and is the most tolerable medicine I've ever taken. There are absolutely no lasting effects of Cymbalta once you stop taking it by the way. It sounds like you have some other issues causing these problems, not the medicine.

This drug is DANGEROUS. It damaged my lingual nerve permanently. I now have a paresthesia/dysesthesia of my tongue, right side, going on 17 months. It is torture. My taste is altered along with burning pain and tingling in my tongue on the right side.

I was very depressed and had thoughts of suicide due to debilitating pain and loss of mobility, and was walking the floor at night, unable to sleep, crying, wishing I could die just to be free of the pain. I was prescribed this and Ibuprofen (600 mg tablets) after having my wisdom teeth removed, and it worked very effectively with no side effects if taken regularly as long as the pain persisted.
