I've ttried several pills over the past couple of years due the awful cramps I get before my period and none of them worked for me. One, I'm a highschool student, so my schedule is kind of all over the place, making it hard for me to take the pill a the same time every day, or remember. I've been on Pristiq since the end of March. The negatives..the nausea was a beast the first few weeks but not intolerable. I don't sleep as well at night but its not to the point of insommnia. The positive, I am much more even, not nearly as irritable, etc. Still have some anxiety but its also better. I have lost over 10 lbs. I have no desire for sweets (which I ate everyday) or alcohol (which I drank very little of anyway - maybe 1-2 drinks a month if that). My libido isn't there but it has... View full comment

Everytime I get a headache, I take tylenol after eating a meal. Usually it takes about 3 hours for me to feel Tylenol's effect, in that my headache reduces. But I start feeling drowsy and sleepy, which sometimes prevents me from taking Tylenol on nights I have to stay awake to do work.
