If you can get the migraine early, it works like a charm. Catch it a little too late (sometimes I'm not quite sure if it's sinus or migraine..) and my life will at least be bearable for the 3 days I would have formerly been flat on my back with ice packs on my head. Depending upon the headache, I've used pills, nasal spray, injections. Every time I'm sick I take Mucinex D. It really does take out all of the infection in my chest and throat. It really does bring it all up. It helps you cough and makes you feel better once you stop coughing. I would recommend it for everyone when they have congestion in the chest or throat.
