It works effectively for me, but it doesn't seem any more effective than the over-the-counter Primatene inhaler. I purchased a Primatene inhaler after my prescription Albuterol inhaler ran out and have not since returned to have another prescription of Albuterol given. Primatene is more readily accessible, and a prescription is not needed from my doctor. I was having the same problem, constantly tired this med worked when I first started taking it I lost 20 lbs and was feeling great but after I had my daughter the med stopped working, if you are going to change meds DO NOT take pristiq! took it only once and I feel worse and the reviews are horrible

Personally, I didn't feel any changes for the time I have been using this medication. All what I know is, combined with my diabetes medication, I lost a lot of weight, and I have generalized body weakness
