This seems to be the most effective drug for depression/anxiety that I have been given. I have been on quite a few. It doesnt seem to have any side effects, which was great. The only problem I have is when I dont take it. There have been times when I was due for a refill and had to wait until payday or for the pharmacy to open on Monday. I realize the Ramipril has helped lower my blood pressure but the constipation is hard to deal with. It's the only drug I take and before taking Ramipril I was never constipated to this extent. I'm thinking maybe I should be trying something else or quit taking Ramipril to see if is the culprit. The reason I started taking Ramipril - I had a hysterectomy in Oct 2014 and that's when my blood pressure got out of wack and was prescribed Ramipril.

Every now and then I when I eat something with high sugar content I experience a slight dizziness or imbalance. It last for about 10 seconds to a minute and then goes away...but really freaked me out the first couple of times this happened. I am not sure what determines whether I get dizzy or not. negative side effects outweigh any positive benefits. blurred vision is debilitating as are the constant migraines and stomach gas which comes out in the form of constant burping and bloating.

For the last four months or so, bloating gas, and cant eliminate it. Resulting in severe abdominal pain. Constipation, urinay problems not as severe. No appetite,. Terrible pain in G.I. regio, nmostly at night about 1 hour after ingestion of P.M. meds. I do not abuse meds.
