I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. I took this for my basic daily vitamin fix : ) have been taking it for about 5 years now, only one a day, and feel great when i take it, appetite is great, full of energy and feel more alert. Once i stop taking it, i feel droopy and slow, very down.

Does not completely relieve my neck and sciatic nerve pain, but I have not taken mobic regularly since starting zyflamend. I teach skiiing and therefore, I am very active. I did not miss any work while taking the zyflamend. The pm helps me sleep, however, I sometimes wake up after 2 hours and have trouble getting back to sleep.

just an FYI. If you feel a Yeast infection coming on put about TBSN of Apple cider vinegar in cup of water and douche once. It works wonders for me. Hopefully it will work wonders for you too. Or alternatively, you can use about 1-2 drops tea tree oil in tbsn of melted coconut oil and dip a plastic tampon in it - let it soak it up for 20-30 minutes and use overnight. After being diagnosed with epilepsy in March 2011 and having extemely painful terrifying focal and generalised grand mal seizures, I didn't want to take potent antiepileptic meds with very serious side effects.
