I've used other over the counter stuff such as abreva, blistex, among other stuff, but nothing comes close to Herplex. As soon as I feel a burning sensation on my lip I take the Herplex and within 3-4 days is dry and gone..

I've taken other statin drugs for many years and slowly drifted into the severe side affects w/o knowing it. I lived through the side affects, thinking it was an age thing. The doctor never asked about some of the severe side affects so I didn't link them together until I read an article. It works well for me. Makes me feel better. My levels were very low and now they are stable. Since I’ve always had problems with my bones it was urgent that I took something that would help me increase my levels. The only thing I don’t like is that it tastes horrible and I have to take it iced tea or orange juice.

I have been taking Spiriva for many years. I have COPD even though I have never smoked. It worked well for me until recently....I am now 71....I have had many side effects, including urinary tract infections, severe constipation, depression, blurred vision, dry mouth.
