Well i've only been taking it for a month and I have had my period for about 2 weeks now. I started it 2 weeks before i was supposed to. I usually only have cramps one day but I've had them for a week straight. I'm giving it another month to even let it even out.

For the last four months or so, bloating gas, and cant eliminate it. Resulting in severe abdominal pain. Constipation, urinay problems not as severe. No appetite,. Terrible pain in G.I. regio, nmostly at night about 1 hour after ingestion of P.M. meds. I do not abuse meds.

i take it 2 twice in day one in the morning & 1 at evening. It is effective sometimes not all the time. It also removes my headache sometimes. Also use paracetemol aswell to help with the pain.

I have had imbalance for about 6 months now, the doctor referred me to a neurologist but there is a two month waiting list here, I couldn't walk without holding onto walls and furniture and very rarely could I go outside and I walk with a stick, but I also have hypermobility. The stick helps to balance me. I have light headedness but it is improving. I have noticed a decrease in my hematocrit but do not know if it is caused by the diuretic effect. I have also noticed a slight weight increase.

It is a great supplement to help regulate my heartbeat and make my blood pressure better but it has an aweful taste and texture if you get the liquid form and if you take the pill form you can barely stomach to swallow it because they are so big.
