Beginning in August, I started taking Super B-complex supplement which also contained Vitamin C and by october I stopped bleeding. The vitamin B helped the liver to absorb the excess estrogen in my body. I was bleeding for five months straight with pieces as large as chicken livers until trying this supplement,. I am now 51 and I have not had a period in seven months. I have no estrogen surges, no fiborcystic breasts, I feel good and just have some night sweats.

I have been using Nuvaring for about 6 years now. I recently have started to have blurred vision, severe vertigo, fatigue, rashes and much more. I feel that my symptoms have worsened over the last 6 years but I have just now realized that this was the problem. I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot,and I felt able to cope.The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation,and very dry,sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.
