I do have some muscle aches and fatigue. My biggest problem has been the shakes in the morning especially. After I have Nplate of 2 mcg it is really bad the next day. By mid afternoon and in the evening it subsides. Have not heard of anyone else taking it having the shakes.

definately positive so far...i've only had 3 infusions ..no reaction while getting the infusion but now i have developed a cough that sounds and feels like the beginning of bronchitis...and i am increasingly feeling tired...taking naps more often...but the swelling and joint pain are all but gone..

Its really weird because i swear it makes my neurodermatitis break out really bad when im on it. and after a few days of taking it i start losing the energy and feel fatigued and worn out and my head doesnt feel right

I find the withdrawal symptoms quite severe; a few years ago my doctor wanted to start me on something else but wanted to get me off Effexor first; within 2 days my sleep patterns were very disrupted with vivid dreams and restlessness, by the 4th day my body was shaking - almost spasmodic. I went back on the Effexor, but find that even one missed or delayed dose causes a hightened dream state, my mind starts to race and I don't sleep well at all. I fear going off it, but hate the dependency.
