This is a great medicine to help with nerve pain. I was on Lyrica for three months but had to switch off because it wasnt reducing my pain and I was experiencing several side effects. The only side effects I experienced from Keppra was being a little tired. It helped relieve my sciatic nerve pain that I was having.

If you are in severe pain, I really didn't feel any effects. After surgery and a good bit of pain was removed, I found out that tizanidine is rather powerful. I usually take a small amount, 2mg per day, until my pain rises, then I take as needed up to maximum dose. I know when to drop the dosage when I feel like par-boiled chicken and my muscles feel like they're going to fall off my bones. That is one strange feeling. After trying several other medications, Amrix was the first to relieve the intense constant pain in my head. I was extremely tired the first couple of weeks after I started taking it.
