i have been on and off cymbalta for about 4or6 years . its a nightmare to get off of, the one thing i really dread is the twinges im not sure if thats a good way to explain it, i feel like im getting an electrical schock treatment all day. i can turn my head and it happens. if someone comes up behind me to scare me it shocks my system. sorry about the non-medical terms, it obviously upsets me and makes me irritable. I was having the same problem, constantly tired this med worked when I first started taking it I lost 20 lbs and was feeling great but after I had my daughter the med stopped working, if you are going to change meds DO NOT take pristiq! took it only once and I feel worse and the reviews are horrible
