To the person who was taking Xyzal for sinusitis and yelled at your boss I can sure identify with you on this. I previously wrote that while taking Xyzal I was hallucinating. The hallucinations was mostly at night time when I took the pills. I had hallucinations with my boss and co-workers. I kept my family up for 5 days and I lost a weeks pay from work. Everyone responds differently to medications. Cymbalta has done wonders for me, and is the most tolerable medicine I've ever taken. There are absolutely no lasting effects of Cymbalta once you stop taking it by the way. It sounds like you have some other issues causing these problems, not the medicine.

The Ultram caused slight dizziness in the beginning which stopped after taking it for a while. It caused really significant memory problems initially. Now, when taking the medication, I mix my words up sometimes; but I do not feel confused. I can pretty much function normally. But I would use this drug cautiously in the elderly! I took ONE shot of 3.75mg Lupron Depot prior to fibroid surgery and still have an enlarged abdomen / bloating / fluid retention nearly one year later. I weigh only 91 pounds but my formerly flat stomach sticks out like a baby bump. What's worse, it's very uncomfortable. My clueless doctor suggested I wear Spanx (what, forever?) and even that didn't hold my abdomen in. It's a hormonal issue.
