Have been on 200 mg Zoloft for five years and it's effect were beginning to wane. My doctor weaned me down to 100 mg of Zoloft and added 50 mg Pristiq approximately three month ago. The first few weeks on Pristiq I experienced nausea and upset stomach along with severe lethargy. 2 hand-fulls of cashews a day are equivalent to the average dose of prozac. For severe depression &/or alcoholism 1000 - 3000+ mg Naicin as well as at least 1000 mg of vitamin C will give you just as good results or better as an anti-depressant with no side effects and doses can been increased with no overdosing.

After about 30 days of taking aprodine (like with many other allergy meds), my body seems to get use to it and it is not as effective as when I first took the medication...As a result, I often have to change to a different med.
