I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. I'm an athlete and I've realized days that I happen to drink green tea, I am a lot more dehydrated out on the track. I'm not sure if there is causation between green tea and dehydration, but there is certainly a correlation there.
