I have struggled with frequent bouts of insomnia since high schools. I've tried almost every prescription sleep aid on the market with less than positive results. It works well for me. Makes me feel better. My levels were very low and now they are stable. Since I’ve always had problems with my bones it was urgent that I took something that would help me increase my levels. The only thing I don’t like is that it tastes horrible and I have to take it iced tea or orange juice.
