This drug destroyed my GI system. I experienced nausea and abdominal pain within days of taking the first dose and sporadic gas and diarrhea the entire length of my treatment. Even after I stopped taking this drug, it took 2 years for my stomach to regain any sense of normalcy.

Taking diamox for IIH. Along with the diamox and losing weight, my eye pressure has gone down and my field vision is better, still have a blurry spot in vision due to nerve damage. Swollen eye disc has reduced and no hemmoraging now in optic nerves. Cymbalta change my whole well being. I have blurred vision, severe short term memory loss, anxiety and an electrical shock like sensation when ever there was a loud noise or I was startled. I was taking Cymbalta for nerve pain, which it did help for the first two weeks then all hell broke lose. Stopping Cymbalta was terrible even though I was only on the Cymbalta for 4 weeks.
