Experienced moderate flushing during my first usage but it occured 12 hours after taking the pill. It was a scary experience because I thought any side effects would hit a lot sooner. Flushing occurred about 4 hours after taking a pill the second day; this time I noticed my knees and ankles turning red - flushing was limited to face, neck, arms the first day. I take ibuprofen quite frequently. It is really effective on my daily aches and headaches from my job. A couple of pills work quickly but I have to take them often. They seem to wear off quickly, so it's usually ever 4 hours that I need to take more to completely get rid of my aches.

I had pneumonia in July and about a week after I got better from that, my legs began to ache and swell. They've hurt and stayed swollen all this time. I've been seeing 3 doctors and none have been able to tell me why. I heard about this Levaquin thing today and called my doctor to see if that was one of the meds they'd given me as it sounded familiar. Sure enough. They prescribed Levaquin for me July 21, 2009. I use a mix of drugs as preventive for my "Cluster" condition one is Topamax. At first I was on 250mg and it was terrible as I lost weight, dizzy, total lack of concentration and at time could not even remember my telephone number or home address. I am having surgery in 4 days at 19 to have 50% of my liver removed because Lutera gave me a liver adenoma. Yes at 18 I found out I had a rumor in my liver. And now at 19 it's causing enough pain and problems it must come out. Do not. I repeat do NOT take this birthcontrol!!!
