Unfortunately, I have only recently started to recearch this medication and it's side effects. At first I thought effxor xr was the best thing that ever happened to me, but after taking it for 2 plus years I wish it was never prescribed to me. Because I had been placed on Numerous BP meds..this was amazing. I did ignore the cough the first few years, and the dizziness..but..on this fourth year it is causing chest pain and skipped breaths. As I have tried so many other BP drugs (not working) I am at a loss. Do I simply deal with this chest pain etc: to maintain this great BP number.?

I play a lot of sports and only take this as needed which is 1 to 2 tablets per week (50mg/tablet). I find it very effective for my lifestyle in helping me enjoy playing as hard as I do. I find Ultram to be quite effective at controlling pain from sports injuries for considerably longer than vicodin with reduced dry mouth, reduced constipation, less inflamation and I remain more mentally alert.
