I have always suffered from mild panic attacks and anxiety since my parents divorced as a child. For a long time, I thought it was just a flaw when my doctor explained to me some people just need help relaxing their nerves when it comes to stress and anxiety. I'm 31 and have had nephrotic syndrome with flares every 6 months since I was 2. Bone density test shows my bones are stronger than most healthy people, but I drink a lot of milk. When I'm on Prednisone I cut salt out of my diet as much as possible (there's a lot of salt in milk) knowing that the more I eat, the more I will swell. Skelaxin improved my quality of life when I was suffering from acute neck and jaw spasms (following a dislocation). Works quickly to provide relief from painful muscle spasms. Dayquil is great but it makes me feel a little air headed. I defeniately felt it when I was driving. It didn't effect my driving but I could still feel a difference.
