The only side effect that stands out (in a huge way) is how extremely tired I am all the time no matter how much I sleep. I am prescribed Aderrall 3 times a day and the CRAZY thing is, I am still exhausted and a major side effect of Adderrall is supposed to be trouble sleeping (it's used not only for ADD but narcolepsy as well)!! It worked very well. I was having bad ear aches and congestion. I started taking it after my doctor told me to try it. I had tried many different medications before it and it was the only one that made me feel better. The only problem I have with it is that it is very harsh on the stomach. It gave me really strong stomach aches and cramps.

I've been on Effexor XR for over 4 years now. I have recently added Lithium to boost the Effexor XR and it is working well. Effexor XR has got side effects like all medication but it works for me. With Lithium added I should be able to lower the dose of the Effexor. I was on 375mg a day for major depression and the headaches were too strong so I dropped back to 300mg which is better. Taken by a 16yo Lennox Gastaut patient. Seemed to increase partial seizures. Had 2 status seizures while on this med and began having Atonic seizures which she had not had in several years. Was very out of it and hardly sleeps. weaning this med now.

This drug put me in the ER 3 times. Its extremely dangerous to take it. DO NOT GET ON THIS DRUG PERIOD. The side effects and the withdrawls outweigh any benefit it allegedly has. Do research and talk to your doctor about different drugs BUT do not go on this one if you value your life at all
