I switched from Diovan to Micardis five years ago and started having "eye disturbances" (I know now they are optical migraines) so my doctor changed my dosage to 40mg in the morning and 40 mg in the evening and this worked great for several years but in the past year I have had more of the disturbances usually when I break the pill and it's not equal but I have also noticed my vision (previously 20/20) getting worse and worse. HI I was on vivelle dot .0375 but was getin to many hot flashes in could not sleep so my Dr. put me on Eastrasobr topical took away the hot flashe but noticed my well being was not there would start crying for no reason at all so I called my pharmacy in they said it was to much estrogen for me so I'am going to do try in error in use one packet on bothe lest instead of 2 packets a day I hope this works if not I have an appt with my dr. in hope to find somethin to make me feel normal again.

This is only a symptomatic druc that can help for gastric disorders. It relieved my gastric pains, but I need to consult a doctor for an appropriate treatment.

Lipitor, and perhaps all fat-soluble statins, will go down as the next falidamide. This drug readily crosses the blood brain barrier and wreaks havoc on cognition/memory/mood. As an added bonus, it is now becoming apparent that Lipitor is especially effective at causing systemic mitochondria DNA mutations (See, e.g., UCSD Study - Dr. Golomb).
