I come from a very allergic background, and I've tried other medications but I feel like Benadryl is the most efficient and gives me the fastest relief. The downside is that I do get very drowsy when I take it.

I was wondering if anybody knows how long after the first or second shot these major issue occur? My daughter has had aura's and then followed by a headach and has had 2 of the 3 shots which I have decided not to get the third as this was not a problem before this. I have taken this med for nearly 2 years now. It made me a little emotional (ok, crazy) the first month, and gave me cramps at first but after the first pack it all went away. I do occasionally get yeast infections but a couple of days taking probiotics will cure that. I recomend the probiotic Acidophilus, you can get it anywhere and it works great on yeast infections. It is a little expensive but its worth it to me to not have a period every month.
