Ive been on Lybrel for around 7 months and its been good. In the beginning I had no spotting but instead i had HUGE mood swings, I would get extremely mad about nothing. Extreme leg muscle fatigue/pain that remained a mystery to my doctors. Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg.
