One of the side effects of birth control pills is abnormal vaginal bleeding. That could mean anything from spotting for a day or two to practically being on your period all the time. You may just be experiencing this because it is your first month, and your body hasn't had time to adjust to the new hormones. Darvocet N 100 was prescribed to me when I broke my foot this summer. I took it as directed but it is a controlled medication and made me very sleepy and I would just fall asleep whenever I took it (so it was good to take at night) But honestly what helped the most with my pain was the Ibuprofen 800 which is an antiinflammatory. My experience with Naproxen Sodium has been good. I was prescribed naproxen sodium, because of inflammation in my sinuses. Sometimes I will wake up and have such bad sinus headaches that it is hard to function. I have noticed that Naproxen Sodium works faster and more effective than your basic Tylenol or Ibuprofen to relieve headaches and inflammation. I did not experience any side effects while taking naproxen sodium.

Azelaic acid always wipes out my pimples but it does nothing for black heads. My doctor prescribed it a few years ago and I still use it as a spot treatment. However, I'd be more satisfied with a treatment that makes my acne disappear for good.
