I sometimes wake up in the morning with a headache and that's when I take it. That way I feel better by the time I get to work. It works great, it's fast and last long.

It's true that the taste is awful, and the bit of numbing is weird! But I have never slept better, and I wake up without any drug effects. I fall asleep about 20 minutes after I take it, so I plan accordingly. I find that it's less "yucky" if I place it under my tongue in such a way that I can make a tight "seal" over it with the rest of my tongue. I have chronic pain due to arthritis in my upper back and pain from Morton's Neuroma - I take 2 Zyflamend pills once per day and I don't have any problems at all with pain

I used lotrimin AF to treat two ringworm infections that I had. One was on my leg and the other on my arm. The one on my leg cleared up within two weeks. However, the one on my arm remained after treating it for 4 weeks. I eventually had to use a prescription cream to get rid of it. Lotrimin AF can be effective depending on the infection, but it takes time. It relieves the itch as well.
