The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. I had a surgery for a hammertoe correction and they gave me a lidocaine shot before starting to numb me and it did nothing to numb the pain. They increased the dose and it still didnt work. I have also used lidocaine patches in the past for my back and have not felt any relief from them.

Lutera was easily adaptable to my body. I had little to no side effects. It's been very effective when used regularly. I have been taking Lutera for 3 years and wouldn't want to change my perscription to any other brand.
