Comparable to Theraflu. The type of packaging mine came in was very convenient. Each application came wrapped in a plastic spoon and could be taken with you at work in necessary. It can be mixed with any drink and doesn't need to be warmed, which I liked a lot. However, you only get like 6 packets and you are paying more than you would be for other brands. I'm no longer taking Lipitor, thank God. After a year of testing and doctor visits it was discovered that I was having side effects from Lipitor. I had been complaining of muscle ache and weakness, shortness of breath, fatigue, blurry vision and tremors for a year, but no one would listen. It took a pulmonary hypertension doctor to take a test that revealed the results. It's been 3 years now since I stopped Lipitor. I take 1000 mg of CoQ10 and 1500 mg of L-Carnatine. I have reduced my amisulpride to 100mg a day, since yesterday, and I now take high quantities of brewers yeast tablets and B12. I feel a lot calmer, little depression, more alert and better quality sleep but only a few hours! My main worry is that I have high blood pressure, which seems to be a result of taking yeast extract with moclobemide.

i dont like taking pills. what bothers me about this pill is that it is very very very small. i only take it because it works for me and because my doctor tells me i have to. i feel like if i dont take it i will increase my risk of having a heart attack

To those who had bad stomach reactions to Candex, did you make sure and drink it with a FULL 8 oz. (even more if you can) glass of water? Very important as Candex is all enzymes and they will upset your stomach if not diluted! I started taking Candex just last night for the first time (had to go on antibiotics this past week for strep and was experiencing some major itching, though I've been borderline systemic for some time now).
