I have been taking Effexor XR in combination with Lexapro for 5 years. Recently deciding to fast and cleanse I stopped taking both meds. Please do not stop abrubtly as I did. Follow the advice of your physician and wean off the meds. I experienced extreme withdrawls including sleeplessness, flash headaches, nausea, extreme sadness and suicidal thoughts. I was prescribed levofloxacin to relieve my UTI. I was getting ready for a trip when the symptoms started, so I really hoping that it would work quickly. It didn't meet my expectations in that regard and I did experience some side effects, but in the end it got rid of it, so I am satisfied with it.

Plan B is not 100% effective but if taken withing 24hrs can really make a difference. It gave me a peace of mind and helped prevent an unwanted pregnancy. However, I did get some menstrual changes and headaches as a results. My stress level was lowered.
