I like that this is a multivitamin all packed into one. I was experiencing symptoms of iron and vitamin K deficiencies, and this has helped to alleviate many of those symptoms. I also just feel generally more healthy. It's nice to know I am at least coming close to necessary daily levels of vitamins and minerals!

For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. It was really wonderful considering I used to have very heavy and irregular periods, extremely horrible cramps, and pretty bad PMS (irritability, mood changes, bloating, fatigue, appetite increase, etc.). after the second shot I was walking to the checkout when everything got white and I almost passed out. That has never happened from taking a shot. Not sure if it was the drug or me. I still would not recommend the vaccine, atleast not untill there are some more longitudinal studies on this vaccine.

I like the medication and it works, but I just don't like the pink color, for some reasons. But the pinkcolor is good as well, because it helps me to identify it easily, as I don't know many pink medications.
