Etodolac is the 4th anti-inflammatory I have tried, and it has worked the best for me. I don't like the anxious feeling I get from time to time after taking it, but I check my blood pressure and it is fine. I wish I didn't have to take 1000 mg a day of this drug, but it has helped the stiffness and pain a lot. I have been told there are a lot of drugs like this, and a person just needs to find the one that works the best for them.

I feel unbelievably horrible. I'm on day 9 and feel like I'm poisoning myself as well. Severe chills and anxiety. Achy lower back.

My mother was prescribed Actonel by a visiting locum within 48 hours she experienced a tingling sensation all over her body, followed by horrific pain in all her joints which has continued for another 3 weeks and is ongoing. She is also experiencing night sweats, often having to change her pyjamas twice during the night. She is 72, has diabetes and hypertension. I've found Aspirin and Advil to both pretty equally keep my headaches/migraines under wraps. I haven't seen any side effects any time that I have used either medication.

Even though my blood work comes back normal, I am still cold most of the time when others around me are not. I am told being cold is a side effect of hypothyroidism. So I don't know if that was supposed to improve while taking Levothyroxine or not.
