I have been on Mirena since November of 2009 and I have never been so disappointed in my life. I have been taking lortab for 5 years now due to an auto accident that caused me to have a fusion done in my back. It is great at relieving pain but only very temporary maybe 2-3 hours at the most if I'm lucky. I usually have to take 2 a day and on a bad day I take 3. The only downfall I see to it is that it is habit forming and the longer you take it the more your body builds a tolerance for it and the less effective it is in helping relieve pain

I agree with anonymous July 18 2009. no joy or happiness in life. I didn't feel anything in fact. my doctor reduced the dosage and now I feel fine. I have more energy and am more motivated.

I'm 17 and I've been on Ortho Tri Cyclen for about a month now. I finished the first pack yesterday...
