At first I experienced negative side effects from Vyvanse including dry mouth, diarrhea, loss of interest in social activities, irritability, sleep disruption, complete loss of appetite, and anxiety. Its really good. It helps me relax and I have less pain. I didn't know it was used for anxiety until recently, and now I understand how it works with my muscle spasms. I would reccommend it to others that are having muscle pains. It helps me sleep and makes me feel much better.

I've been on it for just over a month. For the past 2-3 weeks I haven't been able to sleep through the night. I sleep for about 4-5 hours, then wake up repeatedly for the rest of the night (~5-12 times each night, so far) on my placebo week I had 2 very intense nightmares, the first about my boyfriend dying & the second about accidentally killing my cat. I HAVE HAD FAIRLY GOOD SUCCESS AFTER THE FIRST WEEK SIGNIFICANTLY MINIMIZING THE FLUSHING AND ITCHING IF I EAT A SMALL CUP OF PARFAIT OR LOW CAL YOGURT BEFORE I GO TO BED ALONG WITH ONE ASPIRIN OR ALLEVE.
