I was having cramps and my doctor recommended Naproxen as a safe and stronger pain relief. It seems to be helping with the pain, although not a full relief from it. I would recommend this for someone who can not handle the harsh side effects of a strong pain pill but needs pain relief stronger than over the counter Tylenol.

Update: the Zyflamend is not effective enough for my rosacea which has returned somewhat despite my usage of the maximum dosage. I did get a five month break from taking the oral antibiotics which I think is a good thing and I plan to substitute Zyflamend, full dosage again in the future. In the meantime, I am continuing to take the lowest possible dosage to keep my arthritic toe and finger joints happy. I haven't been taking Yaz for too long but it has so far been effective. The only side effect that I've experienced is a change in my sex drive but I guess that's inevitable. I am very satisfied with this medication.

Hi, I have been taking Zyflamend PM less than a week. First time taking it, I noticed withen the first hour a sense of relaxation and peace. I began taking it because I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Also my joints, right knee have been giving me pain. I also have noticed in my hands and feet this feeling of lightness. It is a great feeling. I am excited to be feeling so good. Really amazed too.

my daughter now has had brething problems ever since getting these round of shots. tightness in chest,wheezing,can't catch her breath, any and every breathing problem you can think of. we've had to take her to the emergency room and shes been to the doctor several times and still going to the doctor. she's had perfect attendance in school for over 6 years until this shot, now she's already missed 11 days of school at least this year. if i had it to do over again, i would've never gotten this... Whenever I am having trouble breathing it always helps me. It sometimes takes 15 minutes to reach, but as soon as it does my breathing gets much better.
