I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. since taking carbimazole i've more stressed. more hair loss, eating a lot. not sure if i am putting weight or lossing half the time. ive never been allergic to anything and since taking carbimazole i have to certain food so iam scared to eat anything.

after being on accutane and many many other medications for acne, ampicillin has kept my acne under control for the most part. a negative that i have noticed that i believe to be related to it is that i occassionally have diarrhea.

I am 28 yrs. old. I have been taking this product for a few months and am building muscle again. I am no longer sleeping 19 hrs. out of a 24 hr day so my energy is back. I wasted 2 yrs trying to find out why I was tired all the time till I found a doc smart enough to test. Always get that to young for that comments. The only thing I hate is applying cream all the time. The new six month time released shot is looking promising. Can't wait for that.
