I like Low-Ogestrel because I think it is a milder form of birth control, but I did gain about 5 pounds right away, and the weight has been difficult to lose. I am not completely satisfied.

I also developed RA after my Gardasil shots. I was a competitive dance my entire life and was completely healthy. It took a YEAR for doctors to figure out I had RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS..doctors thought my joints were flaring up because I was an athlete. I hear more stories like mine everyday. We need to have more girls make the connection between Gardasil and RA. This is not fair! I am 19 years old and have to give myself a shot weekly so I can walk.

I was on TriNessa since I needed a generic for my insurance. I had no major emotional issues or weight gain. I think it did clear up my face--although I have never had a huge acne problem--only occasional breakout--which I had zero on this med. The problem for me was the breakthrough bleeding. First few months just some occasional spotting--I thought I was just getting used to it--but by month 5--I was bleeding for over 2 weeks straight--not really heavy--but enough to have to wear a pantylin... I just picked up my prescription for Junel, and I have been reading all of the terrible reviews. Thank you so much for putting a positive one up. I know everyone is different, but I am hoping that more people have reviews like yours that they just aren't sharing! I was very nervous to start, but your review made me a little more relaxed about it!
