Benzamycin

Benzamycin greatly aided in clearing up my acne, but in the long run, it made my skin very dry and irritated. I had to discontinue using it. With a moisturizer, my skin still suffered. Overall, it is effective but I would not recommend it for sensitive skin.

I read multiple reviews on multiple websites about this pill when I was two weeks into my first pack. This pill was in fact the worst one I have tried as far as making you get sick. I had to take a prescription medication just to get rid of the nausea for about three days...BUT I stuck it out, and I am happy to say that after the first pack, it gets much much easier to digest. I am a 42 year old nursing student and I don't think that I would be able to continue with the nursing program if I was not on Vyvanse . Since being on Vyvanse I have been able to think clearly as well as remember material for school. Before medication I was studying 5 to 6 hours per night. and I would barely pass now with the same amount of studying my grades have improved greatly. My personality has changed Im not as hyper or ditzy anymore. Im very happy with Vyvanse.

When I had a dental operation the dentist used Novocain and I didn't experience any problems. I was considerably groggy and out-of-it when I was pulled out from under.

Update. The worry over Lantus is over for me. I tried Levemir for a couple of months, before switching back to Lantus as it made no difference to the pain. Then I had a diagnosis of polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) a few weeks ago. This was after several visits to my doctor and a rheumatologist, blood tests and a radiological bone scan. I'm now on a lowish dose of prednisolone (10mg/day), with calcium (800mg/day) and alendronic acid (70mg once per week) to protect my bones from the steroid. Most... View full comment
