Your situation appears similar to mine. I had been taking Avapro (AKA Irbesartan) 150mg 2x daily which was doing the job. Then my drug insurer refused to cover it. Losartan was suggested as an alternative so I began that. I was on 50mg 2x daily which seemed to work; that was in 2012. I moved to a new state in 2012 and changed doctors. I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms. Perhaps they are less severe than other anti-fungals, but they do exist, in my experience. http://www.enzymestuff.com/rtdieoff.htm

Started takin Aleve for knee pain. Developed abdominal pain and couldn't tell if it was bladder or gas. Did not put 2+2 together that it may have been a side effect from the aleve at first. That's how I wound up on this site. Stopped taking it and the abdominal pain went away.

Works well once it starts working, however, it does take a while to start working. Does not upset my stomach like other pain relievers and anti-inflammatories. Also, the small pill size of the 200ml is nice and easy to swallow.
