I really haven't noticed any side effects whatsoever. I think it does a pretty good job at reducing the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, without messing up my lipids.

after reading several difffernt sites about the side effects of femcon, i think i have an explanation for my extreme nausea, sudden blurred vison, joint pain, ridiculous weight gain and digestion problems. however, i just saw my obgyn last week, told her of these issues and no connection (except the weight) was made to femcon. also, i am a runner and since starting on the femcon i have had an acute problem with joint pain and fatigue durring my runs, thus causing me to run at a slower pace... Although it has some bad side effects, I feel more normal when I take it. I used to be a very outgoing motivated person when I was younger and over the years suffered from severe post traumatic stress and bipolar disorder. Adderall gives me my energy and confidence back. My doctor took me off Adderall about 2 months ago and I have been a wreck ever since.

The symptoms your son was experiencing may have been the result of a bacterial infection, as opposed to allergies, which is probably the reason your eye specialist prescribed the antibiotics. This is example highlights the importance of getting a diagnoses from a health care professional before self-medicating. Started taking OrthoCept to control my ovarian cysts...Worked Great...cysts were gone...premen. symptoms were gone..lite flows...However, I had horrible migraines during the placebo pills from withdrawl...and discovered ...after stopping the pill that all the Heart palpatatons I was having was related to taking the pill.....Now Im in a Rut and cant find any bc to take that doesn't give me migraines...and needless to say..my cysts are back... :(

Every time I'm sick I take Mucinex D. It really does take out all of the infection in my chest and throat. It really does bring it all up. It helps you cough and makes you feel better once you stop coughing. I would recommend it for everyone when they have congestion in the chest or throat.

Follow up to my original post: After the sixth week of taking the Zyflamend, and no return of the rosacea, I called my doctor, and the upshot is that he didn't think that it's being a COX2 inhibitor was a problem in and of itself (Vioxx was a unique problem), and said that he couldn't find Z., on the FDA's watch list, so I should feel free to experiment with no worries that he could predict.
