The longer you take wheat grass the better you feel because it is cumulative. You don't notice the changes immediately. It is when you stop taking it that you realize it was working really well. For me, better digestion, better mood, better food choices, and gradual weight loss is what I experienced.

Every time I'm sick I take Mucinex D. It really does take out all of the infection in my chest and throat. It really does bring it all up. It helps you cough and makes you feel better once you stop coughing. I would recommend it for everyone when they have congestion in the chest or throat.

How did it go with the gyno? There was some evidence in the trials that women who already had HPV when they got the Gardasil shot had a very significantly higher risk of developing cervical cancer. Merck shuffled the trial data to make the numbers go away - I'm sure some of the 're-dos' were legitimate, but hmmm - and got the increased risk down to where the FDA would approve it although they expressed concern. My nose began to hurt he second day and on the third day I had to stop taking Zicam nasal spray. I admit I used the spray more frequently than was recommended on the instruction sheet. And it was really amazing at ending my cold symptoms. After that (6 months ago), I got sick again, and this time used the tablets. They worked welll too.

I have had side effects that I attribute to Azor. My side effects include headache, dry cough, nasal congestion, insomnia, breathlessness. If I skip my Azor for a few days my insomnia, nasal congestion, and breathlessness disappears!!!
