Have been taking Topamax for about 5 years for migraines. At one point I was up to 300 mg/day but am now down to 200 mg/day. This medication has been challenging at times. I have experienced all the typical side effects to varying degrees. The most challenging side effect for me is the speech aphasia that I experience. I believe the drug works well, it just makes me sleepy and when i wake up i feel a hundred times better. I am a person who doesnt take any type of drug for headaches or pains. So when i am congested/ have cold/flui usually use robitussin or nyquil to make the symptoms go away.

I'm an athlete and I've realized days that I happen to drink green tea, I am a lot more dehydrated out on the track. I'm not sure if there is causation between green tea and dehydration, but there is certainly a correlation there.

cranberry extract supplement helps with the uti symptoms. awake every morning with headache and joint pain; take ibu fr that and it seems to help. upset stomach, unfortunately feel increased sex drive. overall mood improvement ;tho valleys still exist.

The first day I started taking Celexa (20mg/per day) I got theee worst jaw chenching. I yawned probly 20 times or more in an hour, and at night when I was going to bed I was sooo tired, I layed down, I could NOT sleep. I layed in bed for four hours trying to sleep, tossing and turning.
