I had taken Marax in the mid 70s and as a 16 year old "in charge" of her medication, I probably took more than prescribed and suffered severe anxiety attacks. Sometimes so debilitating, I wanted to jump out of my skin. Then I would crash and thought I was going to die. The doctor gave 14 days of Levaquin for sinus infection. After 3 my lowerback/hips, thighs, knees all hurt. Also every joint in my body hurts. I took 6 days of it and quit. It helped my sinus infection, but I can't hardly walk, especially if I have been sitting for a while. Also, I had a horrible taste while taking it.

I have been taking this drug every since I've been in the 5th grade for menstrual cramps. It relieves the pain and to help me function and feel better. It is the only drug that I take for menstrual cramps and nothing else helps. I am very satisfied with this drug.

I take low-ogestrel for birth control. Previously I was on NuvaRing, which I really liked and recommend. However, I was travelling in hot climates and NuvaRing needs to remain cool and I could not always keep it refrigerated, so I had to switch to low-ogestrel. I did not have any side effects with NuvaRing (skin complexion improved) and effects with low-ogestrel have been minor, but I don't like that I have to remember it everyday, because I don't.
