I never get headaches but when I take Centrum for Men I get a headache and tightness in my chest, Headache and Chest pain stop as soon as I stop taking it. I get extremely hot and sweat even while doing mild tasks, its irritating but i could deal with it, to get rid of the pain. recently my sense of smell and taste have gotten very weird i cant be around anything without getting sick to my stomache and or wondering has that always smelt that way. etc.. and i have had an upset stomach through out use of the product

Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site.
