Green tea is good for relaxing. Drink it occasionally, just helps me mellow out, more placebo effect I think than anything else, although I know it's good for you.

Was originally disagnosed with Lupus then it changed to some Inflamatory disorder. After taking 2 - 1000mg. of Carlsons Omega 3 and 2 Zyflamend. I'm finally painless. Much of my inflamation is in the bottom of my feet. I ran out for a couple of months and the pain came right back. I'm sold on this. NEEDS Vitamin Co. recommended this. Thank God!

i'm almost 75. i take two pills before i play basketball to mask the pain. this works and helps me feel better. i never take any other medications, besides melatonin, which helps me sleep at night.

I took Xyzal back on April 20th and April 21 only to find myself in the hospital. I only took 2 5mg tablets and had 5 days of hallcinations. My 2 sisters took me to the ER where they said it was a reaction to the medication. It was like being on drugs. It was so scary that now I am going to see a phychiarist for anxiety that I am experiencing because I am afraid to go to sleep. To see me like this you would have expected that I was on LSD. **** keep in mind that I have a pretty strong anxiety disorder, femcon has exasperated it but in no way cause it. my stats: taking it for three weeks to help with my acne, 27 years old, good health, was on orthricycline low 3 years ago without any problems. I don't know how many of my symptoms is based in reality verses my anxiety. I feel like Ive been in a fog, im tired but have trouble sleeping. Been having to take deep breathe. I have gotten terrible muscle weakness and joint pain. I have taken this medication for 1 year and 1/2. I have gone through a serious of test to try to detect the cause of my pain. I have used Medrol Paks every 8 weeks to help. Recently I read the disclosure sheet that come from the pharmacy with my levothyroxine.
