I was prescriped Niaspan, but since I do not have drug insurance, the cost was prohibitive. I searched the web for a lower cost niacin and decided to try the Endur-acin because it was also extended release, came in 500mg doses, the cost for 500 tablets was $42.00, and other user comments made me feel it would be just as good. It has been about 8 months since my second dose of Gardasil. 4 weeks after the vaccine I became very ill. Dizziness, night sweats, headaches like I had never felt before, confusion, abdominal pain, extreme fatique, sore throat, left eye and temple pain, blurred vision, numbness in my extremities. Very effective against pain. Was taking 10/350 dosage and it was knocking me out at first. Downside is it's very addictive and it doesn't take long to get lulled into the addiction.

I would strongly discourage women with anxiety and/or depression from taking this pill. I've suffered from anxiety and depression for years, which is kept in check by medication, however by week three of my first pack of this pill, I experienced depression so severe that I did nothing but sleep and cry for a week. Adderall did what it supposed to do. It kept me up for 48 hours straight. However, there was a consequent. After taking this med I noticed that my heart beat was abnormal. My blood pressure was very high and my emotional well-being changed. I was happier. This med also affect my motor skill. When I took this med I noticed that at times my hands were shaking.

In 1984 I was given a single dose (as in One Time Only) of leritine IV push for severe pain and was knocked out for about 4 hours. When I awoke I was legally blind as in almost total darkness; I was later diagnosed with bilateral wet macular degeneration and bilateral neovascularization, the latter of which required laser surgery to arrest its progression.
