I used Celexa for Anxiety. I think that it's use is indirectly used for anxiety and mostly directed to those with deep depression. I feel this is why i mainly felt tranquilized, tired nauseous, and my mind just felt cloudy. Used it for anxiety during school tests and it did not help, just lowered mental functionality and a felt very slow as to recall test material. I started spironolactone for my hormonal acne as an alternative to birth control. It takes about 3 months to work, but it works very well! For me, the spironolactone worked very well for 6 months, but has been working less effectively in the last few months

Since beginning Celexa, I have noticed a great improvement in anxiety levels and pre-menstrual agitation prior to menstruation. It seems that I have more patience overall feel more relaxed in tense situations. I noticed the changes within two weeks of taking the medication. I initially started taking Clonazepam recreationally and realized that I needed to move toward actually obtaining this as a normal regiment. I am highly ADHD and have a mood disorder. I refuse to take Depakote (i have side effects to Lithium). I am aware of the long term effects of Clonazepam. I honestly was one to believe people need to handle stressors without the need of drugs. heart disease runs in my family, so anything i can do to keep a healthy heart is great. This also helps with my blood pressure. Since starting I can honstly say that my bp has been lower than it usually is.
